What you send us through a form

Our appointment, quote and contact forms collect only what you type into them: your name, your email address, your phone number, what you would like to discuss, the date and time you would prefer, and anything else you choose to tell us.

That request is stored in this website so the store can read it and call you back. We do not use it for marketing and we do not pass it to anyone else.

What an order records

If you place an order or open an account, the shop software stores your name, your billing and shipping address, your email address, your phone number and what you ordered. We need those to send the piece to you and to keep a record of the sale.

Payment details

There is no online payment method connected to this website yet, so no card number, bank detail or payment account ever reaches it. When we do enable online payment, we will name the company that processes it in this policy before it starts working, and that company — not us — will handle the card details.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies for the things that cannot work without them: remembering what is in your cart and keeping you signed in if you have an account. If you log in to manage the site, WordPress sets its own cookies for that session.

There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this website at the moment. If that changes, this policy will say so before it is switched on.

How long we keep it

A request stays in the website until the store removes it. Order records are kept as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty on the piece you bought.

You can ask us to delete your request or your account at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep the record of a sale.

Who can see it

The people who work at the store. The company that hosts this website holds the server it runs on, as any host does. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else to advertise to you.

Asking us what we have

Call 410-653-3030 or write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We do not charge for any of that.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, call us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we change the date at the end of it. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will say so here rather than let it pass quietly.
