What it costs

Services and Estimated Cost

We ship within the United States. These are the services we use and what they usually cost. They are estimates, not fixed rates.

Shipping services available within the United States, with the estimated cost range of each one.
Service Estimated cost Notes
USPS Ground $10 – $20 Our standard service within the United States.
UPS 2nd Day Air $20 – $40 Faster delivery, charged separately from standard shipping.
UPS Next Day Air $30 – $50 Our fastest service, charged separately from standard shipping.

Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more, sent as USPS Ground. The faster UPS services are charged separately.

The final amount depends on where the parcel is going, what it weighs, how big the box is and which service you choose. We confirm it with you before anything ships, and we never charge more than we agreed.

Where we ship

Within the United States. If you are outside the country and want a piece, call 410-653-3030 and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.

Why the amount is an estimate

A shipping cost is not one number: it depends on the destination, the weight of the piece and its box, the size of that box and the service you pick. The ranges above are what these services normally cost us for a piece of jewelry or a watch.

We would rather show you a range we can stand behind than a single figure that turns out to be wrong. Before anything is sent, we confirm the actual amount with you.

When your order is sent

Once the order is confirmed and, if the piece has to be ordered in rather than taken from the store, once it has reached us. We will tell you which of the two applies to your order and roughly when to expect it rather than promise a day we cannot keep.

Tracking

When a shipment has a tracking number, we pass it on to you as soon as we have it.

If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive

Call 410-653-3030 or write to [email protected] straight away and keep the box and the packaging. We will deal with the carrier ourselves and sort it out with you; if the problem is ours or the carrier's, the cost of putting it right is not yours.
