What we can do depends on the watch: its movement, its condition and what it needs. None of that can be judged from a description, so the first step is always to look at it here.

Once our watchmaker has seen it, we explain what is possible and what it would involve, and you decide from there.

Watch Batteries

Watch Battery Replacement

Changing a battery is the most common reason people come in, and it is done here in the store. Every watch battery we fit is backed by our one-year warranty.

If the watch turns out to need more than a battery, we stop and tell you before going any further.

One-year warranty on every watch battery.
Fitted in store, by the same team that services watches.
If your watch is water resistant, tell us when you come in: a battery change is not a water-resistance test.
