How It Works
A Request, Then a Phone Call
We do not run an automatic calendar, on purpose: a jeweller's time is not interchangeable, and a slot booked by a machine tells us nothing about what you need.

You tell us when suits you
Send the form with the day and time you would prefer and what you would like to discuss.

We call you to confirm
We check it against the workshop and the counter and call you during store hours to agree the time.

The appointment exists once we have spoken
Until then nothing is reserved, so you are not holding a time you might not want.
Sending the form does not reserve a time and does not confirm an appointment. Nothing is held until we have spoken.
